HSINCHU, March 10, 2025 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. ("ChipMOS" or the "Company") (Taiwan Stock Exchange: 8150 and Nasdaq: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services ("OSAT"), today reported its unaudited consolidated revenue for the month of February 2025. All U.S. dollar figures cited in this press release are based on the exchange rate of NT$32.89 to US$1.00 as of February 28, 2025.

Revenue for the month of February 2025 was NT$1,755.4 million or US$53.4 million, representing an increase of 0.6% from January 2025, and a decrease of 1.2% from February 2024. The Company noted that consistent with its February 25, 2025 earnings call, the sequential improvement in revenue benefitted from near-term rush orders and a further rebounding in certain end markets, which offset softer demand and inventory adjustments at certain customers.
