In his role, Terence will be responsible for all direct and indirect sales, delivery, in-country leadership, strategic sales centers, regional marketing and communications, engineering delivery, projects and consulting services, and enterprise client executives and client executives.

Terence brings with him more than 32 years of experience across finance, market development, sales and general management, with a strong solutions background across many industry verticals. He joined Invensys in 2009 as Vice President and Managing Director of the company's ASEAN, Japan and Taiwan operations, expanding activity in the region by rebuilding a high performance culture and transforming the business through a result oriented strategy of strengthening the sales and delivery organizations, re-aligning the business mix, resulting in significant business growth and superior, consistent profits for the region.

Prior to joining Invensys, Terence was the President of the Asia Pacific and Japan Region of Mircrostrategy, a global leader in business intelligence technology. His leadership successfully steered the company's business transformation and growth, leading to record revenue growth. He also served as the Regional Managing Director, East Asia, in Siebel Systems, the global leader in customer relationship management technology, where he was instrumental in significantly growing revenue across product lines in East Asia. He held key leadership positions in SAP, a global enterprise systems technology leader, for over a decade, where he was integral in leading the business growth of SAP across South East Asia, North Asia and Japan. He served as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director, South East Asia, for SAP, before he moved to Siebel Systems.

Terence is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK since 1995. He graduated as a Chartered Management Accountant, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK in 1983.
